Processes include

Assembling the sub assembly components and cables, cleaning and preparing surfaces prior to bonding

Applying the expertise to the filling and curing of the adhesives and cements within a controlled area

Heating and evacuating the assemblies within a vacuum chamber prior to varnishing and potting

Testing to our customers specific regulations prior to painting and finishing

All assemblies are manufactured to our workmanship standards within AS9100 Issue C
