From design to sourcing and manufacture, CTL Manufacturing offers complete support at every stage of the process for the manufacture of control cabinets and electromechanical assemblies

Our applications include, but are not limited to:

- Process Packaging Equipment
- Machine Tools
- Aerospace Test Equipment
- Flow Control

- Low Voltage Distribution Systems

All the above applications differ in their requirements, for example;

The PPMA industry alternates from low to medium volume, and the products range from simple emergency stop buttons and junction boxes through to Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).

Aerospace test equipment is bespoke to the product being tested and can range from electrical control cabinets containing complex wiring through to full bespoke PC integrated systems.

Power distribution equipment involves the critical safety equipment arranging in a safe environment, and IP ratings are paramount if located outside. LV switchboards and mains distribution boards may carry a similar theme and must be designed and built to the highest level of quality in accordance with current legislation.

With over 30 years of experience we can meet such requirements, working closely with you at every stage of the process.
